About Norden Explore
Norden Explore is a digital platform that simplifies trip planning across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland.
- Free AI trip planner: Provides itinerary recommendations from your inputs. It does not make reservations or purchases on your behalf.
- Group coordination (paid): We help create itineraries and liaise with trusted partners for booking management when requested by you.

- Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content.
- Do not copy, modify, or redistribute code or content without written consent.

AI-Generated Itineraries
AI itineraries are recommendations only and may not reflect real-time availability, prices, or conditions. You are responsible for verifying all details before booking.
Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
6.1 Free AI Itinerary Planner
The free planner has no charges; therefore, cancellation and refund terms do not apply.
If you upgrade to Norden Explore Plus (or similar paid plan) you gain access to a trip intermediary and priority support. Refunds for such upgrades follow the same rules as paid coordination below.
6.2 Paid Group Coordination
For paid coordination, we charge a planning/coordination fee as stated in your confirmation. The fee covers itinerary work, supplier communication, and administration.
- Within 48 hours of payment: Full refund if you cancel before itinerary work begins.
- After itinerary delivery, before supplier booking: 50% refund of the coordination fee.
- After supplier bookings: Refunds are subject to each supplier’s policy (e.g., airline/hotel rules).
6.3 Cancellation by Norden Explore
If we must cancel a paid coordination service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, technical failure, or key supplier unavailability), you will receive a full refund of fees paid to Norden Explore. Third-party refunds follow their own terms.
6.4 EU Right of Withdrawal
EU/EEA consumers may withdraw within 14 days of entering a service contract, unless performance has begun with your explicit request. By asking us to start immediately, you acknowledge the withdrawal right may no longer apply once work begins.
6.5 Non-Refundable Items
- Payment processing/transaction fees.
- Supplier deposits and non-refundable bookings.
- Completed itinerary coordination work.
6.6 How to Request a Refund
Contact us with your details:
- Email: contato@nordenexplore.com
- Subject: “Refund Request – [Your Name]”
- Include your name, any upgrades, or group reference number.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6.7 Refund Denials
- The service is fully completed and delivered.
- Third-party suppliers have been paid and are non-refundable.
- The request is outside the applicable window.
